I Have Compelling Reasons For My Fear.
When I forget that my Fears are only ever reflections of the thinking I have in the moment. I fall for them. I start to look for reasons why I'm Fearful.
There's always only one -My thinking-
Fear is just an emotion and doesn't need to be dealt with. In truth, it can't be dealt with directly. The more we try to solve that Fear, the more it sticks around because you can't solve feelings. You feel them.
The less you engage with them, the faster they leave. A great way for me to stay Fearful is to give it a reason and then try and overcome that reason. This will keep me busy in a useless way.
Fear is just Thought that feels real.
Nothing to do about it.
